In August 2005, The Phillip Capital Group acquired Rytenzell KK , a company providing a full range of quality and innovative online-trading solutions, multi-lingual trading, and 24 hour customer support in the Foreign Exchange Margin Trading business within Japan. In December 2005, Rytenzell K.K. changed its name to Phillip Financials K.K. in order to align itself more closely with the Corporate image of the Phillip Capital Group.
